2. Scope of Services

TrustHaven provides legal advice and document review services relating to real estate transactions in Switzerland. We do not act as brokers or financial advisors.

3. User Obligations

Provide truthful and complete information for the services to be effective.
Respect our timeframes and communication guidelines.
Use our legal materials and advice solely for your own transaction.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are quoted in CHF and must be paid as invoiced. All services are pre-paid unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are due within 10 calendar days.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Full refund if the service has not yet started and cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment.
Partial refund if some work has been delivered but not completed, calculated based on the percentage of service fulfilled.
No refund will be granted once legal documents have been delivered or live consultation has taken place.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@trusthavenhub.com within 7 days of payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided remain the intellectual property of TrustHaven. You may use them only for the real estate transaction for which they were created.

7. Limitation of Liability

TrustHaven is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Legal outcomes depend on full disclosure of facts and proper usage of our materials.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any legal dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the canton of Valais.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms without prior notice. The latest version is always published on our website.
